The Walkera QR-V2 is a lower priced version of the QR-V1 but with no telemetry and only a 3 axis gyro. With just the 3 axis gyro it still flys very well and almost as stable and self-levelling as the QR-V1. It appears this is done through firmware enhancements.

 

I did not actually own a complete QR-V2. I purchased just the receiver and put it into my MJX x100 to improve its flight characteristics and also make it compatible with my Devo 10 transmitter.

 

My receiver seems to be sensitive to even minor impacts, losing bind frequently. Pushing lightly on the board helped for a while but after about 6 hrs total flight time it was no longer functional.
