Hobbyzone Gee Bee R2

Videos Below:
The Hobbyzone Gee Bee R2 is an advanced intermediate 4ch low wing airplane patterned after a real Gee Bee racer. The 4 channel control adds ailerons into the control mix. It is more difficult to fly than the Champ or Spacewalker and capable of areobatic flight. The AS3X Stabilization System helps to keep the Gee Bee level while flying. It is very responsive and quick, capable of over 40 mph, but can be slowed down and flown in a more gentle manner as well.
My setup on the Walkera Devo 10 transmitter with Deviation software provides easier control but this plane needs to be actively flown at all times. Takeoffs are relatively straight forward but landings require power all the way in.
This is not the best first 4 channel airplane (recommend the Hobbyzone T28) but it is do-able with experience.
NOTE: It may be necessary to spin up the engine for 10-15 seconds to avoid overcharge protection (OCP) issues in the receiver, which can result in catastrophic loss of power shortly into the flight.
